• Identify some business objectives and target measurements.  For example: an objective might be to reduce churn rate by a specific percent.  Churn is the number of customers who cancel service during a given time frame.  Reducing churn should increase revenue.  See Use Cases Link » for more examples.
• Request a demonstration of IBM data science products to gain insight on current technology.
• Create a plan to develop a model to achieve the objectives.
